These terms apply to orders for the OMRI FLOW pickleball paddle placed through playomri.com.
Publication readiness note: OMRI must supply its legal entity, business contact, delivery, warranty, refund, and retention details before this document can support live commerce.
Product and price
The OMRI FLOW is sold at ₱4,599. The selected colourway is OCEAN or SUNSET. Free nationwide shipping, the paddle sleeve, two overgrips, sticker pack, and The 100 Club registration eligibility are described on the product page.
Payments
GCash orders require a payment screenshot before an order is submitted. Cash on Delivery is available only when the checkout’s official PSGC address selection identifies the region as NCR. Card payments are not offered through this checkout.
Order acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase. OMRI may review payment proof, delivery details, stock availability, pricing errors, and suspected fraud before confirming an order. The order status can move from pending to confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping and delivery
OMRI offers free nationwide shipping for orders made through this website. Exact delivery timings, shipping partners, delivery territories, failed-delivery handling, return terms, warranty terms, and contact channels must be finalized and published by OMRI before live fulfillment.
The 100 Club
The 100 Club is limited to the first 100 registered OMRI FLOW owners. A product order alone does not guarantee membership; registration instructions are supplied with the product and eligibility is verified by OMRI.
Governing terms
These terms must be completed with OMRI’s registered entity details, business address, contact channel, returns/refunds policy, warranty policy, and Philippine legal review before the checkout is used for production sales.
