Privacy Notice
This notice explains how OMRI uses personal information submitted through playomri.com for an OMRI FLOW order.
Publication readiness note: OMRI must supply its legal entity, business contact, delivery, warranty, refund, and retention details before this document can support live commerce.
Information we collect
When you submit an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address when supplied, delivery address, chosen colourway, payment method, payment reference number when supplied, and payment-proof screenshot when GCash is selected.
Why we use it
We use order data to validate payment, process and deliver the order, respond to delivery issues, maintain required order records, prevent fraud, and manage customer support. Optional marketing consent is separate from order processing and is not required to purchase.
Service providers and access
Order data is available only to personnel and service providers who need it to operate payment verification, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, security, or legal compliance. Payment screenshots are stored with the order record and are not displayed publicly.
Retention and requests
We retain order information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer service, legal and accounting requirements, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable using the contact details published by OMRI before launch.
Updates
This notice may be updated when OMRI’s business, fulfillment, payment, or legal requirements change. The effective date and responsible contact details must be confirmed by OMRI before accepting live orders.
